Dr. Rios is a very nice person, he takes time to listen, referrals or Rx are processed on a timely manner. I have been with his practice for severa years now. In one occasion I took an elderly friend to see him and she liked him too. He was very compassionate and understanding with her.

Dr. Tomas Rios is an excellent Doctor. He is professional and doesn't waste time. He listens to your concerns, discusses options. You have a good level of comfort when speaking with him, he knows what he's doing. All doctors are not equal. The medical building is state of the art, with all the latest technology. It is extremely clean and sterile which is important with so many people being sick. They offer an entire broad spectrum of services, such as same day bloodwork testing results, etc. The entire staff are efficient and customer friendly. With the location being right on HWY 59 close to greenway plaza, it's convenient to get to. No parking fees, you park right at the front door. It is run very organized and efficiently. I highly recommend, I have been there over six times in 2023.

Dr. Rios is a highly skilled internist with a talent for pinpointing what ails his patients. Unlike other doctors I have seen in the past, he actually LISTENS when you tell him what is wrong and offers you the best and most natural options. Excellent bedside manner and all around good guy with ethics. Never tried to push any pharmaceuticals or order unnecessary diagnostics just to make a buck. There are still good doctors out there. He is one of them.

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. The office was clean and I appreciated the water dispensary with ice. PA Deron was the star of my visit! He made me feel at ease with my problem eventhough I was VERY uncomfortable with my situation. He listened and asked me questions. I didn't feel like just another patient waiting to be seen and released right away. I will definitely go back to see him in the future.

My appointment was at 12:30. I got there at 12:32, was greeted by the receptionist sat down and was called to the back withing 6 mins to have my COVID-19 testing. The nurse was very gentle and helped me to relax when he saw that I was nervous. Received my results within 20 min. I would definitely recommend Rio's.

I had an issue during the week and was going to goto an ER but figured I'd call and see when I could get in. Much to my surprise, there was someone at the office and had I called earlier, I am sure I could have come in. Nevertheless, I made an appointment for Sunday morning and the NP addressed my concerns and I was able to have my physical done. I was recommended that I take a couple vaccines, but all went well. I really appreciate your staff and availability.

Unfortunately, although in the past I’ve always been very happy with the wait time and the care, this visit was less than good. My appointment was at 11:45, but I did not get in to the exam room until 1:30 or later. I had made an appointment but was not advised that I would see a PA. When I asked her about the long wait I was told that there were many walk-in patients.

The staff were very friendly, and the doctor was great. Had to wait longer than I hoped for (appointment was at 10:30, saw the doctor at 11:20) however I was a new patient, so that expected.

Everyone was very nice, and after filling out the new patient forms I only waited for about twenty/thirty minutes before being seen by someone. The nurse and doctor were very efficient but warm, and I felt heard and sympathized with. My only complaint is that I was told I'd be prescribed antibiotics for a slight ear infection even if my other tests were negative, and I wasn't. When I called to inquire about it, the receiver said she'd talk to the doctor and call me back, but I never received a callback. Even if the call had been something like "We won't prescribe you anything right now, but if the infection pain gets worse you can call and we'll prescribe something right away," it would have been better than no call at all.

I came in on Monday about 10:30am and was seen by 11:15. I had a bad cough with stuffy nose and ears and lots of congestion in my lungs. I was worried that I might be on the road to pneumonia and was anxious to get some treatment. The nurse practitioner was very professional and gave me a thorough exam and then discovered that I had an ear infection. He also assured me that I did not have any signs of pneumonia. I left with several prescriptions and am already feeling better. I am so glad that I went in to your office. In the past I have only used the office for COVID tests but I now feel confident in quality of care that you have. Thank you so much for being open during the holidays

From start to finish from the staff and the Doctor I was treated professionally and with care. The Doctor himself went the extra step to recommend a Phamacy that may have the much needed medication. I would highly recommend his practice.

Not much wait. Got the 3 tests I needed in one swab with quick results. The only thing I did not love is the weird questionnaire that I had to fill out with some questions I felt were not applicable/appropriate for why I was there. Also, I ended up having to tell the nurse practitioner the same things I had answered in the questionnaire.

Dr. Thomas Rios and Nicoline Rios are simply amazing! On a professional and personal level these are one of the best people I’ve met. Dr. Rios is very thorough, which is very rare these days, and took time to hear out all of my concerns and provide me with all the necessary recommendations and orders for further treatment. Clinic was very organized and spacious. Office staff was very polite and on-point. Highly recommend!

Duncan was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. As I am considered to be immuno compromised, Duncan researched drug interactions so I came away feeling very confident in the prescriptions he prescribed. Today my bronchitis has reduced dramatically.

The NP I saw didn't seem to really have anything for me. I felt like my money and time was wasted this visit as nothing was accomplished. While I was out of town dealing with my blood clot I was told by another NP over the phone to come in as soon as I got back, so I did and it seems like it was for nothing. I understand I'm not well received by the medical industry because I don't have insurance but I could of not come in and had the same amount of care and knowledge about my issue than I did after coming.

Everytime I have visited this facility, I am more impressed with their ability to timely treat even walk in patients, and been very pleased with the advice obtained to date.

The staff waited for m at 645pm & it was as raining - I needed the test results because my mother had a knee replacement the day before. I was not feeling well this past week and I needed to rule-out COVID19- and - the flu. I would recommend Rios HealthCare - they rock.
